Chicken and leek skewer. |
How is everyone handling the flood crisis, hope you're all staying safe? I have actually had this post written for a while now but I didn't want to put it up without some good pictures to go with the walls of text. This restaurant is actually a rather recent find of mine. I've visited 2 restaurants in the "Eight" building in Thonglor many times before (Will write about them soon) but this one is a new edition to the area's lineup. A simple casual Japanese restaurant that offers nice food for a low price. They are currently offering ALL their dishes for a mere 88 baht each, in addition you get a free dish for every three that you offer. Although I believe this may have just been a limited time offer, the staff will be able to fill you in on the details.

Enrigi mushrooms stir fried with butter. |
They are currently boasting a menu of 100 or so dishes. As you may expect at 88 baht a pop the portions for some dishes are rather small compared to other places but I still managed to get a very satisfying meal for under 400 baht. My suggestion would be to completely ignore the sashimi and sushi dishes since their portions are rather small.

Asparagus wrapped with bacon. |
This little detail doesn't cut back on the experience as a whole however because their variety of bar eques skewered items are very appetizing. You get two skewers per dish, so far I have tried the asparagus wrapped in bacon, leek and chicken and the bacon wrapped mushrooms.
